Terms & Conditions


By registering for the The Los Angeles International Pen Show ("The Show") you agree that: You will not display or offer for sale merchandise with a trademark that is either: a) used without the explicit approval of the trademark owner, or b) not manufactured by the trademark owner.  Failure to comply with these terms may result in you being required to leave the show and/or remove the items not in compliance.


The liability of the The Show to any registrant/attendee is limited to fees paid by the registrant/attendee to the The Show.  In no case will The Show be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. The Show assumes no liability for any property belonging to any registrant/attendee of The Show. Sunday table registrations are non-transferable without the consent of The Show. No refunds after January 15, 2017.


The placement and use of all posters and banners must be approved by both The Show and the hotel, and anyone placing such items without approval that damages wall coverings or other hotel property will be liable to the hotel for such damages.


Checks not honored by your bank are subject to a $35.00 service charge. Foreign checks may be subject to additional bank service charges.


This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that state courts located in Pomona, California, and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California shall have jurisdiction for any dispute arising under this Agreement.
