Terms & Conditions


By registering for the The Los Angeles International Pen Show ("The Show") you agree that: You will not display or offer for sale merchandise with a trademark that is either: a) used without the explicit approval of the trademark owner, or b) not manufactured by the trademark owner. In addition, knives with blades longer than three (3) inches may not be displayed or offered for sale at The Show, and any knives with blades of three (3) inches or less must be displayed in a closed showcase. Failure to comply with these terms may result in you being required to leave the show and/or remove the items not in compliance.


The liability of the The Show to any registrant/attendee is limited to fees paid by the registrant/attendee to the The Show.  In no case will The Show be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. The Show assumes no liability for any property belonging to any registrant/attendee of The Show. Sunday table registrations are non-transferable without the consent of The Show. No refunds after January 1, 2022.


The placement and use of all posters and banners must be approved by both The Show and the hotel and anyone placing such items without approval that damages wall coverings or other hotel property will be liable to the hotel for such damages.  


Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused by them to hotel property from ink or ink-containing products used at their tables. The Show reserves the right to require exhibitors selling or using ink or ink-containing products to make a security deposit against any such damages, which will be refunded if no damages occur.


Checks not honored by your bank are subject to a $25.00 service charge. Foreign checks may be subject to additional bank service charges.


This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that state courts located in Pomona, California, and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California shall have jurisdiction for any dispute arising under this Agreement.
